This past winter Tze'irim, the 20s and 30s group of B'nai Jeshurun, sent a delegation to Guatemala with the American Jewish World Service, an organization doing tremendous work to invigorate Jewish notions of justice. For the 15 participants whowent on this trip, it was an unforgettable learning and travel experience which provided insight into the contrasts between the privileged and the denied, the seen and the unseen. The trip allowed the particpants to explore the connections between justice, Judaism and the developing world.
